Trying to Install the Twilio Flex Plugins CLI and getting this error? Me too! Here’s how to fix it. We need to delete the yarn.lock file inside the .twilio-cli

  1. Open your home user directory
    1. If you know code or are trying to learn - use your favorite code editor, like VS Code (for those newer to coding - it’s good practice)
    2. If you’re not a coder and don’t care to be - then simply open the finder or file explorer on your computer
